    ok, just a quick question.After i get done removing the paint, i want to know what would be a good wood stain just any suggestion and if i want to polish it would i use laquer for that glossy look?

    Stewart-McDonald has a good selection of stains for guitars and basses, as well as other refinishing supplies.
