    has any bassist recorded the guitar part on bass before? if so who? and which album?

    I haven't recorded it, but I learned it on bass when I was a teenager. I'm sure sombody has recorded it.

    i haven't heard any bass versions, but have you heard dolly parton's version of stairway? kind of surreal...sorry for the tangent
