Hello there! I’m looking for information about the Status Charger V2 besides the information I can find about it in the Status website. It’s really hard to find info about this instrument online, do you have any info about it? Have you played one before? How would you describe the sound of it? What was your experience? Thank you in advance for your input! {}
Join the Statii Facebook page, or the Status Graphite Basses Facebook page, you'll find most of the information you need on this Bass. I wanted one as 5 Strings, but they only make 4 Strings version.
Dear TSbR Bass.. Thank you for your response! I already did but no luck about finding information about this bass. A mystery! Have and awesome weekend...

Looks like a type of John “Rhino” Edwards signature bass. Bassist/singer with Status Quo. Likely a discontinued model. If you search with this information you’ll find plenty of results. {}
Exactly.it’s a John “ Rhino” signature model. looks like a S-2 classic with a rhino horn inlay I don’t know if the neck is different from std. I doubt it. I’ve played lots of status but not this one. I’m sure it sounds and plays awesome because all status bases do . P.s. I just checked the website and the pickups are custom wound to be voiced slightly differently from std. That’s the main difference between a charger and an S2 It’ll be amazing I’m sure Www.status-graphite.com

Yeah the Rhino was John Edwards's signature. Very iconic tone for the band. I wasn't aware of the existence of a version 2. Likely a rare instrument. Rob Green answers emails by himself usually he should be able to give you info.
