    Coco Bolo over Walnut with gloss finish; in great shape except for some scratching on the bottom side of the body where the previous owner tried to change the strap locks other than that it’s like new. It came with a Demeter 3 band preamp and EMG 35 DC Pickups (18 volts). This has to be the best slap tone in the world! It really funks! 34 inch scale, 24 frets, Phenolic fingerboard and 19 mm (.075) string spacing at the bridge
    Insured shipping in the continental USA and original case are included in the price.

    Here are two pictures
    The previous owner said he tried to screw the strap lock in and broke the screw. I never seen such a bad job on such an easy instalation !
    Other than that the bass is near mint and sounds extraordinary

    How are the EMG and Demeter preamp compared to the original Hyperactive pickups & Status preamp?

    They sound better in my opinion than the stock pickups and electronics; Better highs and more defined tone; the preamp is extraordinary!
