I just want to give my experience with sterling. I have a have a real messed up neck on my ray 34. I have worked on many a bass and this neck is not serviceable. Let me explain, The said neck has a normal bow but here is where the real problem is. From the 5th fret up to the nut the neck bows backwards. So long story short I thought I would send a email to sterling last night to see if there was a way I could buy a neck. They responded to my email first thing this morning and I pay for shipping and we will send you a replacement neck. Now keep in mind that my ray 34 is out of warranty its 16 months old. What more can I say but thanks to sterling of music man for the great customer service. You have made my day.
