Posting this again because I'm considering a change in bass rigs and will need some cash. Bass is in excellent condition with custom pick guard added. Right now it's wearing some brand new GHS tape wounds but I can include or replace with some decent rounds. Will ship in a brand new Fender padded gig bag and double box. Bought this from MasterBass a while back and has only been played in my house. Love the bass but need the money. Trades considered are Markbass head no less than 400 watts. Maybe I can throw in some cash to even out the deal. Price is $325 shipped conus. Money order only please. Last price drop before ebay, trade in, ect. Need some upgrades for my Spector.
I sold one of these up here recently. Amazing EBMM Sterling copy. Amazing. I actually ending up playing one of these today at a jam. Kinda regretting letting go of mine. Free bump for a USA Sterling clone on the cheap. RBM
Yea, unfortunately it must go to fund some upgrades to my Spector otherwise I'd be happy to keep it. The amp upgrade is on hold for now. These are so worth the money in my opinion. Here's another bump teaser.
Hump Day bump day! I'm going to offer this up as a two day special and then it goes on consignment at my local shop. The first pm by 5:00 Thursday evening takes it for $325 out the door. USPS money order only.
Yes actually! Might be switching back to a separate head and single 15" Plan B was to upgrade the pre amp in my Spector but whatever comes first I guess Whatcha got?
The fender sounds interesting. I'm looking for something fat and warm with good tonal range. Currently have a GK 112 combo with 112 extension but something is missing. I guess I miss my old Trace Elliot rig. I already have the tone pump but it's a 2003 without the trim pot. I'd like to go with Aguilar OBP3.
I got the fender to replace my Kustom KXB 500 which was stolen and I guess it has a warm tone but that is a pretty subjective thing. I ended finding an EBS micro head and that is closer to my Kustom. You do have the ability to dial in a little overdrive if that appeals to you. There are a lot of nice tones and a good amount of volume with the fender. opb3 is a great preamp.
I may hold out for a wee bit to weigh some more options. Thinking about trying Mark bass but will need to demo my Spector through them first. They sounded really nice with the Sterling. Thanks!
