Bonds, Clemens, Sosa, Bagwell.
Will they get in? Should they?
They should be glad they're not cyclists. They'll get in.
it's said that Bonds was a sure first rounder before he got involved with the juice and he might make it because of his previous work.
All of a sudden Bonds in Miss Congeniality. He always acted like such a jerk, even the people here in San Francisco don't like him.
bagwell? steroids? really? i did not know that. i guess they didn't work as well for him...
I was listening to Mike & Mike this morning and a couple voters (ex-players, I think) came out saying they would not vote for any of them. Unlike other sports, it is possible to vote for no one to head to Copperstown.
Simply put, hopefully not, because the don't deserve it.
I'd be okay with Bagwell and Sosa. Juice or not, Big Mac and Slamming Sammy's home run race was baseball for me. No amount of steroid talk will ruin that season or part of my childhood.
I will not be okay if Bonds even gets one single yes vote. The lies, public D-bagness, etc. make him worth less than the air he breathes to me.
Sure they'll get in, just like QBs with tatoos. Sign of the times.
Really? His stats are pretty damn good (inspite of the broken hands)...almost 450 HRs & an almost .300 BA.
Bagwell came up as a "skinny" 3rd baseman, IIRC.
Comparing tattoos with steroid use?
...plus it sounds like he has Kaepernick going into the Hall ater two(2) whole games.
I was lucky...I was able to land Kaepernick as a free agent on my fantasy team & I'm starting him...so if you're a fan, I'd be worried.
Let the players dope up, the good ones are making millions of dollars.
I want to see great players.
If none of these guys get in, then how can any player from that era get in.
Most of baseball was on something.
