Steve Harris signature strings - which bass to put them on?

I bought a pack of SH signature Rotosound flats. They are very high tension, and they already broke the nut of one of my basses ;)

I am wondering if it is feasible to put them on a Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass, or if the thinner neck on them would make it warp under the pressure? I have D'Addario roundwounds on it now, but it has a P/J setup, so flats could work on it I think...

I also have a Sandberg VS4 (P-bass style) that I have Pyramid flats on atm, and a FrankenFender P-bass 4 stringer that has Fender flats on it atm.

    Any useful tips? :help:

I'd not put them on any bass with a thinnish neck you really care about... I don't own a jazz but has tried the Aerodyne and it's quite thin-necked and the SH's are pretty darn tense.
