Stewart 2.1 looking for new case.

  1. Stewart World 2.1 case

For you Stewart owners. What case are you using?

Right now I am using a Sonic case, but it is made of wood so it's heavy. I was thinking of going with a SKB Roll-X Are they deep enough?

Not sure if the wheels are a good idea or not though. Also I wonder if the handle rattles or not.

    Any other recommendations?

i use an skb 2 space case. fits perfectly. :)
the 2 space is unique in that it has "strap type" handles on the sides, making it easy to carry like a breifcase.

  3. I've got my Stewart World 1.6 in a Gator 4-space rack. Works good.

I have my 2.1 in a Grundord MLD (mighty Light Deep).

I use SKB Roto Racks with mine (I have two 2.1's). I wouldn't trust Roto Racks for airline travel or bad roadies. But I move my own gear and the Rotos work great: they're nice and light, and sturdy enough.
