Is it possible to buy a Stewart World power amp in Europe (Sweden)? I'm looking for a World 600 or a World 1.2. If I order for the US, can I change the power to 230V?

I looked into this a while back and found that they couldn't be converted to 230V. I don't know if they've come out with a new model that's compatible with European voltages - try emailing Stewart directly.

  3. I did recently buy a Steward 1.2 in the
Netherlands and it has 240V/50Hz on board.
So yes Stewart sells Amps in Europe with
240V although they mailed me before that
    they don't!!! very strange......
I did tell the music shop around the corner that
i would like to have one but... and than he said:
I have one for you right here for €530,- new
    I couldn't believe my eyes.

Check Stewart and add this story too your
    mail i would say

Maybe you should try european brands od power amps, LABgruppen is Swedish brand and their amps are bit lighter than most of other brands.
And you should also check what bye wrote. If that's the price and it is available, I got serious GAS.
