Does anybody know any Stewart power amp retailer in europe that sells on the internet? Thanks guys
Stewart doesn't make preamps with euro transformers. I contacted them about their pòweramps and they told me that there was no 230V versions.
Bugger. There goes my idea of getting one sent over..
Check this: http://www.soundtech.com/products/amps/ps802.asp
Goes 120/240V, does not bridge to 4 ohms, though.
Well, there are still some more options.
If you want something light, reliable and good, there's Lab Gruppen. It's a bit pricy, though...
QSCs are made for the European market, too, the PLX series are light and very popular among TB members - and also, Bob Lee from QSC is also a TB member.
Then there are some lighter Crest (ST and LT) and Crown amps, too
Only thing with QSC/Crest/Crown is the price increase is significant here..
How about this - http://www.carvin.com/products/single.php?ItemNumber=DCM1500&CID=PWA
It has all - low price, low weight, only 10" depth, bridge to 4 ohms and in opinions of number of TBers also good sound and quality.
Thanks for the info guys
