Just curious ... current specs on the Stewart website don't list 2 ohm output or 4 ohm bridging. However, the pdf owner's manual does ... anyone know if the World 2.1 still supports 2 ohm operation / 4 ohm bridging? Or has it changed to a minimum 4 ohm load per channel, and 8 ohm bridging?

    Cheers

My manual shows 1100W x 2 @ 2 Ohms, and 2100W X 1 @ 4 Ohms Bridged. Not sure why these specs are no longer listed, but from my Stew 2.1, I've bridged into 4 ohms and run 2.67 ohms off of one channel with no problems.

Funny ... I think the current manual shows 900 watts @ 2 ohms, 1800 watts bridged into 4 ohms. And the website doesn't even show that. Maybe I'll have to contact Stewart and ask what's up.

    Thanks!
