Still mucking around with tele

  1. What would it sound like to put a piezo bridge on my Squier VM TB. I just can't bring myself to route it for a jazz pickup by the bridge. would I have a volume mismatch between the two when blending pickups?

You'd need a preamp for the piezo bridge to get it to work properly. To blend the two the passive pickup would also have to run through the preamp, unless you ran the two outs separately. You will also need to drill holes in the body for the piezo wires.

Adding a bridge pickup might be a lot less work.
