2005 Stingray 5 H honeyburst that I got off here a few years ago. Bass sounds great, plays great, and looks amazing. The G string is definitely even sounding and I really prefer the ceramic pickup to the alnico one. Unfortunately I need the money to recoup from another purchase and I had to make the tough decision to sell this. Comes with original hard case and black original black pick guard, definitely prefer the white but it's there if you want it. Minor cosmetic flaw that is not seen when playing and some light scratches on the head stock. Also, my cat isn't very found of it's sound lol. Price: $1050 shipped. If you are anywhere in the MD, DC, or NoVa area. I am willing to make a road trip so Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania aren't out of the question. Here is the original listing if you want to look at it. http://www.talkbass.com/threads/fs-ebmm-5-string-stingray-3-band-eq.991141/ . Trades: Ideal trade would be: -Cabronita bass -Spector -Just try something see what happens. If you have any more questions or want more pictures or wanna take a look at it shoot me a pm or email.
Getting some cool offers, unfortunately I got a p and j that I like a lot. Spector Euro or 4 string black maple stingray/sterling would also be some cool ideas. A maple board classic stingray 4 would be the sickest (that coral red or surf green! or even black!!!). Cash is cool too. Anything in pink will definitely peek my interest. Keep the offers coming.
Fretless maples, fretless stingrays just to throw some things out there. My jazz and p get all my play time and they're black and maple, so a matching stingray or fretless jazz or p would really get me interested. Really wanna get a stingray classic in the stable. Worse case scenario I get to keep this bass
Black and maple stingray, strat, or something else. Unfortunately I have a p and j I like, but fretless would be interesting.
Got some trades in the works, but one more bump just in case anyone's got something cool. Cash is king.
Trades fell through, just curious what's out there. Fretless jazz would be cool. A kawai f2b , in case anyone has one, would be insta gib.
One last bump to see what's out there. The bass is awesome, just my jazz has been getting too much play time to justify keeping it.
I've been looking for a 5 string. Would you be interested in a trade for a 2001 4 string EBMM Stingray? I live in NJ and we could definitely meet in the middle. Let me know.
Here is a picture of the neck on it. It is a flame maple neck from a classic Stingray. Very cool combination. Plays and sounds great. I'm loaded with 3 other 4 stringers.
Traded for the blue Stringray. It was awesome seeing all of your basses. I know I got really finicky, but I really wanted to be 100% over my trade. Thanks
