Well I'll put it here - it's not really setup or pup forum according to the sticky's over there.

Where can I get 5 chrome Schaller BM tuners for my Stingray 5 please? Warmoth? Hipshot? I've added an ad in the Wanted forum in case anyone has a set but likely I'll have to buy new.

Buy from Ernie Ball. Contact their tech support.

I replaced my MM tuners with the same model purchased from the manufacturer of the original tuners. What I found is that the original MM tuners apparently are custom and require a smaller hole in the headstock than the manufacturer replacements do. So I had to enlarge the tuner holes in the headstock. I'm referring to the large holes for the body of the tuners, not the little mounting screw holes.

Maybe others have had a different experience but this was mine.

Heck, I'd like to find a good set of new or used original tuners for my '79 Stingray. I've been searching for a while now. lol

Thanks for the good advice - I'm talking to MM direct then.
They've been very helpful in the past too.
