Stingray 5

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Charlie Quatro, Apr 26, 2001.

  1. Just received the Stingray 5, Transparent teal, Maple, Black Perloid Pickguard.

    Very sweet.

    Price 1105.00 (new)

    Washington Music Center

They have a ton of Music Mans in stock and were several hundred less than anyone else.
They even swapped out the pickguard for free.

    Highly Recommended.

Oredering the fretless now. It will take four months.

    matching headstock?

recently bought trans. orange fretless 5 string with matching headstock, pearloid pg and piezo.

    the thing sings.

(and the extra knob is cool)

Charlie - Nice acquistion! Hopefully, you can post some pics down the road.

Questions: I really like their pickups, so I was wondering, why do some pup makers offer MM style replacements? Or are they after people who don't have the genuine pups?

    - What upgrades, if any, did you get on the fretless?

    - Maybe you get asked this from time to time, but are you any relation to Suzi or Michael? (I played 2nd bill to Michael back when gravity was invented).

WOW! I just ordered the 5-string fretless in trans orange with matching headstock, black perloid, and the piezo.

Will be here in four months.

Charlie Quatro is a made up stage name.

It's another term used for C4.

(I am also called C4 for short)
