I recently purchased an Ernie Ball Stingray bass with a Maple fretboard. My question is, the fretboard seems to get dirty and discolored, and I was wondering, what is a good cleaner to maintain the wood. Thanks for any suggestions!

P.S. I didn't really find anything by searching.

I read that linseed oil is a good cleaner. I think thats what its called but I may be wrong. Bassplayer mag recommended it. It may be on their website www.bassplayer.com

check the gear section for that article, I believe its called "getting the most out of your gear"

I didnt find much in there. Is there anything that a guitar store would have, like in a spray bottle or something?
