2013 Ernie Ball Music Man Stingray SLO Special (1.5 inch nut width like the Fender Jazz). Pacific Blue Burst with matching headstock. Rosewood fretboard. Dual humbucking pickups. 5-way lever pickup selector. 3-band active preamp. Weight is 9.4 pounds. I special ordered it last year and waited 5 months for delivery. It has never left my house and hardly been played. It is absolutely spotless! Essentially still brand new! Why am I selling such a pristine bass? I prefer a vintage, passive bass sound, and I just never bonded with this modern active tone. End of story. My loss... your gain! The only trade that would be of interest would be 50th Anniversary Jazz Bass Limited Edition. Otherwise offering for sale only. Asking $1200 USD with FREE shipping to continental US addresses (there is no duty because EBMM country of origin is USA, but any additional import fees such as taxes or brokerage are the responsibility of the purchaser). I am in Canada; price for a Canadian sale is $1400 CAD also with FREE shipping. Thanks for looking.
Still available with FREE SHIPPING within Canada or to continental USA (there is no duty because EBMM country of origin is USA, but any additional import fees such as taxes or brokerage are the responsibility of the purchaser)
I just snapped these... there isn't a mark on it... it really is still right out of the original shipping case
Do you have any experience with shipping basses to the US? Are there taxes / duties / brokerages fees? I've never shipped this way before, always *to* Canada.
I have only received shipments into Canada. I don't pay any duty on American built instruments (usually Fender), but I do pay both a Federal (5%) and Provincial (7%) sales tax to Canada Customs. I honestly have no idea what happens in reverse... a Federal and State Tax?? I would like to know too, so that I could honestly let prospective buyers know what to expect. Thanks for asking.
This beautiful EBMM StingRay SLO Special is now SOLD to another great Canadian TBer! Congratulations to the new owner!
