as some of have read some of my posting on stereo set up lately. well i have a new concept. take "R***-o-sound" and put it on a jazz bass but make it look stock from a few feet away. well i pondered, researched, and did a proto type. heres what i can up with on my geddy lee sign bass. with the "jazz stereo" setup i can get more lows and growling mids and highs with out even loosing any of the signture geddy sound. i drew up a wiring diagram for you to try. i used a "Fender deluxe Jazz Bass Concentric Stack Knob" http://guitarpartsresource.com/0049411000.jpg and a cts stack pot http://guitarpartsresource.com/EP4586000.jpg heres the wiring diagram (1.5mb pic) http://community.webshots.com/photo/547702070/2480624270086102407WIJaCe# here the thread on the stereo setup http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=230481
sorry no sound clips wasnt even thinking about it. plus the stereo box on the diagram can be plugged up for mono. after i get some software for recording and put back together the prototype ill record some sounds.
