I am posting this on behalf of my friend, Chazz Frichtel.

To my fellow Sadowsky bass owners:
My name is Chazz Frichtel and I have been a Sadowsky owner and supporter for many years now. In 1988, my first Sadowsky bass, (serial number #399) was
stolen from my house in Venice, CA. The instrument was a 4 string, J-bass, Trans White/Blonde, maple neck, and had a BadAss2 bridge (vs. the stock Schaller roller bridge) and EMG J-pickups w/Sadowsky onboard pre amp.

If you are in pocession of this instrument, would you contact me PLEASE? I'M NOT INTERESTED IN HOW YOU CAME TO OWN IT! I would just like to buy it back
    if possible.

I can be reached at 310-559-8482 or cfrichtel@earthlink.net.
    Thank you!
    Sincerely,
    Chazz Frichtel

I'm closing and stickying this thread as an announcement due to some misguided attempts at humor. Please contact Chazz directly if you have any information about this bass.

OK, it was stickied for a month, so I'll let it float.
