Stoner/Doom Bassists 61: Still Bitter About Our Dolphin Experience

  1. I do this all the time. Stuff the meat loaf mix into a blanket woven out of bacon, and toss the whole thing on the grill. You have to be careful as you turn it, and baste it with sauce, but its fantastic!

My brother buys a bunch of beef ever couple of months and we cut it all in to steaks. Last tuesday it was a $1300 order, couple hundred pounds.

No it is the older made in Korea Squire II, normal strat style, I blocked the tremolo with wood shims and put two extra springs on and tightened the claws, I don't use whammy bars and like heavy strings!!! The Squire II is mint too! Not my Squire but the same model and color, the thing has killer glassy pickups, and killer neck. I like the red color it's a just a tad lighter than the usual dark red. When I went to PA for my sister's funeral. I stopped at the Harrisburg GC and it was the manager's sister's guitar. Snatched it up for $170 with a cheap gig bag. You can find them cheaper sometimes but this was mint. The Raptor some clambake spray painted the body so I am going to try the graffiti remover and if that doesn't work going to get a GFS strat body and transfer everything over.

I eat a lot of meat, but lots of veggies too. Light carbs, gotta go somewhere nutrient dense.

Speaking of burgers and food porn.

Get ground beef or lamb, mix in mccormick Mediterranean grill season and feta cheese. Grill them, serve on buns with hummus and greek yogurt as condiments along with tomato, onion, lettuce and cucumber maybe a little olive of choice or tapenade.

    Greek burgers ftw

Don't really have a veggie favorite, like a whole bunch of them.

As for protein, mainly legumes and egg whites. Some textured soy protein.

Ground beef, cumin, chili powder, chopped onion, jalapeno, corn, cheese and chopped bacon molded into patties with a toasted bun slathered in refried beans and more cheese, and peppers is a good mexi burger too.

I eat quinoa a lot, but it's not my favorite grain-y stuff. We'll roast off some veggies and have them over all different kinds of grain-stuff.

take your fave veggies, toss them in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add some sea salt and ground pepper, and roast in an oven at 425 for about 15 minutes. Nom, nom, nom.

Hey, if you cut bell pepper bottoms and fill it with an egg and seasonings you can grill little vegetarian egg cups, and they look like flowers too. Can do in in the skillet too using them like rings instead. you can also use poblanos for added kick.

non veg guys can mix in chorizo or bacon etc.
