Finally someone answers properly. I use that greeting on group emails at work all the time, sometimes even pasting a photo of doctor nick in there. You're the first to ever give the expected response. Thank you.

  7. Ordered a modded DOD250 from analogman as a birthday gift for myself, and it arrived today. Gonna fire it up tomorrow, can't wait!

Anybody here who also plays guitar happen to use a Firebird? I`ve been playing around with the idea a picking up a Gibson Firebird of some sort when I have the extra cash.

    Thoughts?

  9. Oh yeah, someone was asking about bands that have similar vibe to OM. I think the swedish band Goat have something like that going on, but are definately doing their own thing.
Another one that comes to mind is the norwegian High Priest of Saturn.

Most I've played are junk. Pickups sound like garbage most times too. IMO

Well you know I approve! Is it built like a tank, just like every other Musician I've ever owned or played?

I went to premier bass (bass only store) in CO and played a ton of super high end basses. This slays them all! Pre amp is gone and jack was pushed thru and "repaired". Bought it right just on make and year alone. They only has these pickups for 2 years (79/80). Then went to the oversized split p and single jazz

Anyone play a mockingbird? And are there any passive models without so many switches? And what's a good price. The order of the owl guy got mie interested in it as a full scale.

You should be able to find a lower end passive model. They're not as common as the warlocks but you could probably find one from the 80s for $200-$400.
