Store owners - past and present.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you are brick-and-mortar music instrument store owners? Or have been in the past but had to give it up or shut one down?

For those who still own one/run one, where is it and what do you do? Do you have recording, luthier work, servicing, lessons...or just instrument sales?

How is business? Better or worse than in the recent past?
