What's the street price for a NEW MTD 535 (American) with tulipwood body with wenge neck and fretboard.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

I'd say somewhere in the $3500 range, give or take 5% either way

There are some upgrades that will raise the price as well, such as matching headstock, matching truss rod cover, exotic woods on back as well, 24 fret board, etc. but the prices given above will get you close.

I think the wenge neck is like a 3-400 dollar upcharge and I think tulipwood is discontinued mine was one of only 4 made Hubert Eaves III has one of 'em. Mine is tulipwood/w a AAAAA burl maple top an all wenge neck.

To my knowledge there were certainly more than four 535's produced with tulipwood. It is listed as one of the most requested woods on the MTD site and is still listed there as a body wood selection. Also, my 535 is tulipwood with wenge/wenge and a burl maple top.

You are correct. Hell, I've had more than four myself!

There are plenty of Tulipwood 535's out there.
