String retainer

    Hello there guys, I hope you can help me out here.
    I'am looking for a string retainer, the one that Sadowsky and Lakand uses on there basses.
    Does annyone of you know where to buy these things on the internet.

    They are for guitar, but they're what work well. Put them so the A D and G strings pass between the screws, so you'll have to position it just behind the E string tuning peg like this:

    ok, does it work well if you have the retainer on all of the strings?

    I've found that it can't span all four strings because of the screw placement. It might on a jazz neck, but I'm not sure. I imagine it would work fine, if you could find room for it. I also find that the nut is too close to the E machine for that to work.
