How do you adjust your string spacing? I've always adjusted my string spacing from center of string to center of string. But, I recently noticed that the spacing wasn't even because the lower strings are thicker so the outerwinding is closer together. Do you adjust your string spacing from center to center or outerwinding?

I remember reading an interview with Anthony Jackson. He said he adjusts his basses from outer windings because it feels more even to him.

Very few bridges allow adjustable string spacing. For those that do, it is a matter of preference.

I can't imagine a few 100s of an inch making much difference either way.
