Strings and Things in Memphis (St. Blues) Custom PJ Bass 1982

Strings and Things was a Music Store/Custom Shop out of Memphis, Tennessee that made some very nice custom, Fender-style instruments, and their basses are highly regarded. This is an early Strings and Things bass (1982) from before they began using the name “St. Blues” in 1984, but they are essentially the same design.

Great sounding and playing bass that features an alder body in Midnight Blue, (looks pretty much black) white pickguard, the top has a binding which is a nice touch, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, gold hardware, and DiMarzio PJ pickups. This was the standard design for most of the Strings and Things /St. Blues basses. Neck is straight, frets in good shape, bass weighs a comfy 8.7 lbs. Some wear and a few dings on the body, but all in all good condition. Comes with a gig bag. Great bass for a great price!

    $595 shipped in the CONUS

    Paypal accepted, no trades please.

    Thanks!

These basses are fantastic. I have one from the late 80's and it is killer.

    Great deal here, folks!
