I have a 2000 MIM jazz bass, I was wondering if anyone has stipped the paint for the natural look, and if so what was the process you used and how did it turn out. any pics would be helpful if available. Thanks fellow funkers :D

MIM Fenders have poplar bodies, and poplar is not a very pretty wood, to say the least. I would think you're better off leaving the finish on!

I say 'Leave that thing alone', too, Gangster of Boats.;)

Off to Setup, where they will tell you the same thing.
