  1. I want to play songs with strumming. What are some good examples? Like "Groundhog's Day" by Primus, or "Gutter Cats VS. The Jets" by Alice Cooper. Can you think of any others. (This might need to be moved to recordings but it's also a technique issue... I dunno)
  2. well i think that some iron maiden stuff has a bit of two string strumming and poetry and prose by primus has a really cool strumming part as well.

    i like to strum out and play some 7th chords in the uper register of the bass...i think they sound damn cool. peace

    try "to defy the laws a tradition" and "john the fisherman" both by primus. and if you realy wanna get technical try "tommy the cat" by primus cause you have to slap and rake in that song. have fun and go nuts.;)
