Stupid G&L question...

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Rodney Shuffler, Nov 18, 2013.

  1. Do the L and M series share the same body shape, they LOOK the same to me.....but I'm just seeing pics, I haven't put my hands on one. Why would one choose M series instead of L?

If I'm not mistaken, it's the difference in preamp configuration. The L series has the classic G&L preamp and the M has the more common configuration which uses a balance control knob.

M series has no passive mode available. That kills further consideration of it for me.
