so subdecay's site says that if you use the noise box in your chain with a onespot/power all other pedals "MUST be negative ground". this is not so good, since i was looking forward to my DOD meat box/noise box combo. the meat box requires one of the blue 3.5 mm phone plug jumper cable, which has a positive polarity, no? am i worrying for nothing here? or can i not use my noise box in the same chain as my meat box?

No, you should be ok. The polarity of the adapter is not what they're referring to. "Positive ground" is a different problem, usually associated with old-school pedals that use Germanium PNP transistors like the fuzz face. The DOD is almost certainly negative ground.
