    What kind of bass and/or amp did sublime's bassist, eric wilson, use? just curious.

    Check out www.guitargeek.com. They have a complete diagram of his setup and bunch of other bass and guitar players as well. I believe it's and Ampeg SVT II pro and 8x10
     
  3. i dont know but the bassline from santaria is the funnest line to play.

    Actually he has used alot of different setups, alot of the Sublime stuff he used G&L, now he uses some strange custom job with a hollow body.
    He also uses alot of larger speakers. He is currently using mostly subs with really high watts.

    Their was an article about him in Bass Player last year I'll look around for it.

    Whatever it is, when I saw The Long Beach Dub All-Stars (his current project) it sounded HUGE!

  6. i bet with sublime he used more tens because he needed a more punk sound. in LBDAS however he plays mostly dub, hence his current setup.
