sudden fret buzz

    I purchased a Squier P Bass in May this year. Playing just fine out of the box (I am a complete novice). The last day or so the open A and the E below the eight fret are buzzing like crazy. Dont want to make things worse, I've watched YouTube videos about adjusting truss rods and saddles. Anyone any advice?

    Probably needs a truss rod tweak - it’s probably “humped” and needs to be loosened. Heat and humidity will do that to a neck, The wood expanded at a different rate and amplitude than the truss rod, and the neck “humped”. Then the opposite will happen in winter.
