TRADED Suhr Classic Jazz Bass Ash/Birdseye Maple

So, it's time to part with my long time friend as I have decided to keep only a few jazz 4 string basses in my stable. This one is a lightweight 8-9 lbs tops with swamp ash body in transparent red, some player wear but nothing major, no major dents or dings only some wear in the clearcoat. It has recently been professionally set back up to Suhr like specs with a Suhr Preamp installed V-P-T-B, the original bridge has been put back on and it had a professional and very well done set up with awesome action and playability. The neck is 7.25 radius I was told, 1.5 nut of course and has the most beautiful birdseye maple fingerboard I have seen and SS frets with a ridiculous amount of life left in them. Tusq nut, hipshot UL tuners, gotoh vintage bridge, vintage strap buttons, the pickguards were routed by Cary Nordstrands shop but the body already had the truss rod cavity routed from Suhr (only the pickguard was covering this, I just found it more practical to be able to access it without taking the pickguards off, so I had the pickguards routed). There is a clearcoat "star" blemish in the finish but not in the wood. It's player mojo, it happens. This bass is killer and well worth what I'm asking. Comes with the Suhr G&G HS case and I'll include the extra Suhr White pickguard. Trades are specific and I would need some cash out of the deal. I'm looking for a Fender American Standard Blizzard Pearl Precision bass or I would consider Jade Pearl or Charcoal Frost as finishes as well. I would also take an Aguilar DB112 (with tweeter) in classic black as a partial trade. Cash is king, I will consider offers but reserve the right to take the highest offer and also post/sell locally. I am hoping to put this towards and F-bass 4 string so please be fair with offers.

I really want to get $$ for this but could really use a fender American standard precision or maybe a Wilkins precision or PJ with jazz neck or Nash or something like that... As long as I get some cash out of the deal.

 

Someone must want this beauty. I really could use a American precision plus some cash. Somebody have a blizzard pearl, charcoal frost precision? Sparkle finish Nash or Wilkins? I could even take another fender Adam Clayton as a backup. Plus some cash to me..

heading to the music store with this to possible trade for something I found. Now is the time if you are interested in buying or trading something I could use +/- cash where it applies and as I can. Looking for non-70's position jazz but but mostly a Fender American Standard P-bass plus some cash, I will entertain Aguilar DB112 plus cash to me or a tolex Genz NX2 112, Radial BB version 2 plus cash to me, Old Lull jazz or P-basses with the neck plate not the bolts (it's a preference thing), wilkins basses, Nordy, F-basses, Nash PJ, things like that.

Yah, I have two Suhr (Nordstrand modded) basses that I kept and all 3 Suhr's had the truss rod route under the pickguard. Would have kept the Red One... I still look for it but didn't like the SS frets at all and not a big fan of the 7.25 radius neck.
