Summer goals...

    1)Get a job
    ---Requires me getting a job---
    2)Get a Gallien Krueger 700RB-II
    3)Get an Avatar 1x15
    4)Get a Bongo 5
    ---Not needing a job---
    5)Get songs written with my bands
    6)Hang with friends
    7)Get in shape
    8)Have fun!

    So...how bout the rest of you?

    4. Complete my internship
    5. Complete my business website and start working on outsourcing agreements with other design firms.
    6. No cigarettes all summer
    7. Buy the Corvette FNA Jazzman 5 that's at the local GC
    8. Have sex with attractive women.
    9. Suck less at playing bass by the end of summer.
    10. Lose 20 pounds off the ass, gain 40 pounds on the barbells.

    3. Buy amp that doesn't suck as much as my current one
    4. Start things up with a girl I've had my eye on for a while
    5. Recover quickly when/if she stomps on my heart (prepare for the worst, hope for the best)
    6. Improve upon my bass skills to justify the amp purchase
    7. Complete all the summer work for my AP courses next year.
    8. Save more money to purchase mode of transportation (i.e. a used car versus my current mode which is constantly bumming rides off of friends)
    9. Sleep

    1. Form a band.
    2. Play shows with said band.
    3. Become darlings of the record industry.
    4. Be on the cover of Bass Player Magazine.
    5. Mention TalkBass in inverview, saying "Everthing I know I learned from TalkBass."

    And if that fails:

    1. Learn underwater ninja basketweaving.
    2. Drink lots of beer and regret my miserable life.

    Why do all basketball dribbling, skateboard freestylin', :mad: motorized scooter riding :mad: , screeching kid feel the need to hang in front of my house :confused:

    I've no kids and 3 mean dogs!!!

    acctually hopefully i get some money so i can go to motherland russia for atleast a month:] but above stays! :p

    2. Snag some nice bass gear coming through my hub
    3. Lose 30 lbs working (it could happen)
    4. Play a show with the band I've been working on for six months
    5. See Less Than Jake in concert
    6. Goto warped tour and see New Found Glory in concert
    7. Become more politcal savvy
    8. Get a Lakland 55-01
    9. Have at least half of a Stingray payed off
  16. 1) Finish slimming down. I was 250 pounds, down to 170, I got another 20 to go. Also: bulk up.

    2) Get new bass

    3) Get new amp

    4) Join a band, or atleast get on a semi-regular jamming routine with some people

  18. Well it wasn't easy. :meh: The big thing I learned is that you gotta stick to something even if you don't feel like doing it.

    2. Fulfill my community service requirement (no, I'm not on parolle. My school requires it). (I still have to contact the hospital I will be working at
    3. Already got a job, but I have to get ready and go there. I want to do a good job there too. (I'm doing reception at a doctor's office).
    4. Sell all my stuff in my sale. (GO TO MY SALE!!11!!!1!!!!1!!!1!)
    5. Buy a Lakland fretless 55-02.
    6. Possibly buy a cheap upright.
