Has anyone ever used a brand of strings called "super steps"? if so, what do you think and where can I buy them?

I used them for a while. They're great. They can be a tad bright, though, so watch that.

Also, if you have a Hipshot Bridge, you won't be able to use them. The are too low!

Hey thanks. That website is really great! I have one more question that maybe you guys can help me with. I play mostly rock and I use a pick. Right now I'm using Ernie Ball nickel wound Slinky's. They dont really last too long, so what kind of string do you suggest I change to? I always heard the super steps lasted long, thats why i asked about them. The stainless steel roundwound seems like it will work out better for me.

You might want to try Rotosound stainless steel strings - are the Ernie Balls nickel or stainless steels ???
