Superflexible and Corelli

Discussion in 'Strings [DB]' started by precision61, Jun 30, 2002.

  1. Recently I bought Superflexible solo set from Kevin on Ebay. I really love its pizz and bow sound, compare to Spirocore Orchastra which I used regularly. More and more, I realized that the G sound is not warm enough. I consider to change it with (two choices) Jargar Forte or Corelli 370 TX. May I ask some help from all?
    Thank you for your help

  2. There's no doubt in my mind that the Jargar G is warmer than the Corelli 370TX.
But you may have some trouble finding the Jargar.
Why not try both of them?
G strings are the least expensive.
BTW, the 370 series G string is wrapped with nickel. Only the D, A and E are wrapped with tungsten.

I did order both Jargar Forte and Corelli 370 TX for both G and D for Quinn.
That is right, it will be delay about 1-2 weeks for Jargar.
    But I can wait.
I'll let you know how there are.
    Thank you
