Please, she's 18, as in, old enough to know what she's doing. Just another stupid young woman who was enticed by the idea of someone with more life experience than she had. We've all seen this story before and frankly it's old news.

I won't waste an ounce of energy feeling sorry for this woman. She was dumb enough to get lured into that "relationship" so she deserves to feel the real life consequences.

Ity is my opinion that when a weaker, more vulnerable person is manipulated or otherwise victimized by a stronger person, it is all the way wrong, every time. The fact that the student has arrived at the age of majority does not make her fair game for every pedophile teacher with an erection and a teacher's union card.

Few 18 year olds can be called men or women, to my lights. The overwhelming majority of them act like children, in my experience, and they need to be protected, just like any other helpless person.

When adult teachers victimize the children in their care, saying the children should have known better is absurd.

 

i agree with this.

i see the sympathy that shes only 18 and i know how most 18 year old are, but its not like she signed a contract she diddnt entirely understand. she was dating a teacher. its not something that a little more maturity would have made her think twice about, its a bigger deal than that.

 

So when is she getting a tv show?

I wish more people would tell me how moral they are over the internet. I find it fascinating. As an imperfect person, this simply amazes me. I personally feel sympathy for anyone who is unhappy, and hope that the things that caused their unhappiness serve as lessons and stepping stones towards ultimately finding happiness.
