For part my argumentative research paper for comp, I have to create a BS survey and analyze the results.

so if you guys could do this, i'd appreciate it.

    1) I visit fast food restaurants often (more than once every two weeks).

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

    2) Animals raised for fast food companies are treated fairly well.

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

    3) I am concerned about the welfare of animals and animal cruelty.

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

    4) I think that farm animals are not as important as household pets.

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

    5) I think it is wrong for animals to be raised to be killed

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

    6) The practices used in the slaughter house (burning beaks off chickens as chicks, putting the chickens in scalding hot water to remove feathers while still alive, and breaking the neck and slitting the throat of chickens and cows while they are conscious) are all OK ways of getting an animal ready to be slaughtered.

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

    7) The living conditions that chickens face (no light, given about 88 square inches of floor space to move, rows of chickens stacked seven high, no maintenance or cleaning in the shed) are all OK ways to raise chickens before they are slaughtered.

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

    8) After reading questions 6 and 7, I have gained information I did not already know.

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

    9) Animals raised for slaughter are treated fairly well.

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

    10) I now may be less likely to go eat fast food after realizing how the animals are treated.

Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Agree - Strongly Agree

You know this isn't really a random sample, right? What kind of analysis will you be doing?

    nothing scientific at all.

basically just taking the results and making them into percentages. 75% chose this answer on this question, while only 50% chose it on this question.

    stuff like that. nothing serious.

#9 is somewhat unfair question because some farms do treat them well, however the products from those places are too expensive for fast food so i doubt you are talking about those.

Plus I dislike the way they are treated for selfish reasons too, meat/milk/etc from “happy animals” taste sooooo much better. :D
