    I'll throw in a bump for that Carvin F1200 power amp. Those are the line from the late 90's. Most people here know the current DCM series. The F series amps were MOSFET-based, built like tanks, and were/are very nice sounding and powerful amps. They don't have Speakons, but otherwise are excellent for bass guitar use. This is a good price, too. Somebody give this F1200 a whirl!

    What are the wattages on the Carvin at the difference impedances in stereo and bridge modes?

    Stereo Mode: 400 watts per channel at 8 ohms. 600 watts per channel at 4 ohms. 600 watts per channel at 2 ohms. 900 watts per channel at 2 ohms RMS Powermax.

    Bridge Mode: 1200 watts at 8 ohms. 1200 watts at 4 ohms. 1800 watss at 2 ohms.
