  1. Hello, I have a SVT CL and I'd like to know what cabinet is the most suited between these 2: the 810e fridge and the svt215e.

    Tnx :)

I play old school rock (hard, progressive...)

I imagine the 215 would project farther, but the 810 would give you the more classic tone.

The 810E is probably considered the perfect companion for your CL. They sound great, but I'd personally choose 2 4-ohm Ampeg 4-10's. You can then carry one cab on smaller gigs and run the head @4 ohms, or stack both on big gigs and run the head @2 ohms.

If you intend to run a stack all the time you could also buy a 1-15" & 4-10" if you prefer the low end of the 15" speaker.

I have the 610HLF. I love it. It is ported unlike the 810e, which I think makes it sound much better. It is smaller and 50 lbs. lighter than the 810e. And it is $100 cheaper!;)

    TRY ONE OUT!!!
