SVT preamp tubes!

No real point here, just bored and wanted to post about the goodies I just bought.

Thanks to the advice of PBG, and what is available, I ordered my pre tubes for my late 70's SVT.

4x 12DW7/7247 JJ/TESLA
1 x 12AX7/ECC83 TESLA / JJ PREAMP
1 x 6C4WA NOS PREMAP TUBE FOR SVT (6C4)
2 x 12BH7A NOS DRIVER TUBES

In the power section it is getting Sovtek KT-88's. Now I just need a power transformer (hopefully that is all!) and it will be ready to rock!

Any of you guys have any experience with any of these tubes? Any comments on what to expect?

 

Don't worry, it's already got brand new caps, and blew up on the bench before the last set of tubes could be biased.
