I have been playing my RBI/power amp rig into 2 Peavey 410TX cabs for awhile now with my prog rock band, but lately i have been getting the itch for a haggard looking SVT810. Nothing has more mojo than a shredded fridge, and I know they sound great. Since I play a 4 string, will the 810 have sufficient depth? I have played on one, but I will probably never have the chance to have one side by side with my Peaveys. I like them, but they are very, very bassy, and will never have the ooze that an 810 does. Any opinions?

What he said. Nobody will EVER say, "Oh, he's only playing out of an Ampeg 810." EVER...

Pretty much my thoughts. I'm giving my wife your names when she screams "WHO'S RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?!?!"
