Lookin' for some feedback. What experiences have you all out there had with the SWR Workingman's series amps? I'm looking to upgrade from my 100w Ampeg.

    I'm considering either the 2x10 combo with a 1x15 extention, or the 4004 head with a 2x10, and 1x15.
I'm mostly playing in smaller clubs, doing R&B with Fender Jazz and P basses.

    Any info is appreciated...

if you're willing to spend that kinda money just get a super redhead - you'll get farther both volume and tone-wise

I'll second that. Nonetheless, I've been very happy with my little WM-12. Probably not loud enough for your application, though.

I don't know. I didn't really like the redhead when I tried it for a whopping 5-10 minutes. But anyway, I trust SWR products, so i'll third that ;);)
