Can someone please tell me if the speakers in an 8ohm SWR Goliath Jr. are 4 Ohms, or 16 Ohms? I have an opportunity to get one, I just wanted ot know if I'll be able to rewire it to 2Ohms. Which configuration is usually used for 210 cabs?

    Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Usually 8 ohms.

and no you can't 'wire' or change the impedence in the cab.

Of course you can. It's a 2x10" cab - either 2 16ohm speakers in parallel, or 2 4 Ohm speakers in series. If it's 2 4ohms in series, you can put them in parallel, and it'll be 2ohms total.

Dang, in the manual it says the individual impedence is 8 ohms but that can't be right. Then your only possibilities would be 4 or 16 ohm 210 cabs.

I'd tell you what I thought (16 ohms) but it would be an absolute guess.

    Good luck!
