SWR Grand Prix

    I am trying to find a used SWR grand prix bass pre amp. I am Open to any other single rack pre amps I suppose..but love the SWR tone I get from my current SM900 head

    I am based in the North west of England

    Anybody have one or know where I can find one?
    The cash is burning a hole in my pocket..

    I know they are no longer in production.

    I am based in the UK but as long as the unit is mains switchable It can come from anywhere.

    hey dude...
    try this web site.. this is where i got the swr snr 6x10. they stock nearly the full range of SWR gear. is prob about 2 hours from you, in Doncaster, not sure about delivery, sure ya could sort somthing out...

    Thats where I got my 6x10 and SM900 from
    Top shop and good service from Dave in the Bass Dept
    They dont have one of the Grand Prix's in unfortunately. Just have to keep my eyes open for a used deal.

    At the top of this page hit the link for BASS GUITAR and when it takes you to the list of forums, scroll to the bottom where the CLASSIFIEDS are. There you'll find a forum for people looking for used gear. Also, don't rule out the SWR Interstellar Over Drive pre amp either. I've heard good things about it. Good luck!
