I can get an old school Henry 8x8 for around $200. Only problem is, it has a blown horn. Should I do it? How much would fixing the horn run? I don't know much about electronics, so any advice is appreciated.

Would this cab stand it's own again two half stacks? I've heard the 8x8's are pretty loud.

The horn should not cost much to replace, especially if you install it yourself.

It's worth the deal, I think. SHouldnt cost you too much.

Competing against 2 halfstacks, eh? Well, who isnt these days, right? I think the 8x8 would be "acceptable".... kinda depends on how your driving it though. 300-400Watts would be good enough with the 8x8... but 600 or so would give you a little more headroom, and that could make all the difference.
