    Just thought I'd mention that Musicians Friend is selling the SWR Interstellar Overdrive preamp for $430 ($450-$20 instant coupon). this weekend. For anyone who might have been thinking about acquiring this particular slice of tone, its the lowest price I've ever seen. Not a vendor, just an observer.

    I just recently purchased my unit on eBay for $225 shipped. However, I have seen these go for $400 used on eBay as well...

    I have not had mine long, but it is a good unit. Looks like it is going to be discontinued... oh well.
