SWR SM-400S Bass Problem

    Hello,

    Does anyone here have one of these amps? I dropped mine and a capacitor broke off. If possible, I need a picture of the inside, overhead pic or some kind of layout diagram so I can replace it. Thanks.

    I think I have a schematic somewhere if that would help. It'd be hard to guess the correct connection just from a photo.
     
  6. Was it one of the Orange rectangular Wima caps or a barrel shaped electrolytic?

    the schematic for the 400 is posted all over the 'net. it should be the same for the most part.....
     
  8. Call them. They will gladly email you the schematics etc.
    Tell them you would like the schematics and any calibration procedures they have on the amp.
