SWR Super Readhead Pre-Amp Clip LED

    The preamp clip LED has died on my SWR Super Redhead. I know it's the LED because I tested another LED (albeit the wrong size) in its place. Does anybody have a service manual for the amp and could tell me the proper specs for a replacement LED? If not, I'll just buy a couple of the correct size from Radio Shack and guess on the voltage. Thanks!

    Hmm have you tried emailing SWR and asking them? I would think its just a standard LED..

    Yes, I planning on doing that as well next week. Just had some free time on the this chilly Sunday :)

    bthrem--if you don't mind, please let us know what SWR tells you. I just got a used Workingman's 12 that's in perfect condition except for a non-functional preamp clip LED.
